Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship

TechGirlz Teen Volunteer Program

TechGirlz provides opportunities for high school girls to continue exploring technology by assisting at or leading workshops. Having the high school girls helping at the event brings amazing energy as the high school students are near peers to the middle school attendees. The high school girls in turn keep learning new technologies, practice their leadership skills, and often get to meet women in the field who may also be assisting at the workshop.

STEAM in AI & Data Science Research and Build Program

The DataEthics4All program is an opportunity for high school students to get mentoring and experiential learning by college students in the fields of AI, data science, and STEAM that they’d perhaps pursue as a career. The STEAM in AI & Data Science Research and Build Program is made up of a minimum of 10 one-hour sessions spread out during the school year. Students must meet with their mentor at least every 3-4 weeks during the school year to discuss project updates, goals, and next steps to work in between their meetings.

UC Scout is a University of California Student Academic Preparation and Educational Partnerships (SAPEP) program that develops and delivers A-G-approved online classes and curricula to students around the globe. Become a paid volunteer with STEM NOLA

STEM NOLA is a non-profit Founded by New Orleans native, and former tenured Tulane University Engineering professor, Dr. Calvin Mackie, STEM NOLA, a 501c3 organization, is committed to exposing, inspiring and engaging members of the community into the world of STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). We will have a monthly STEM Saturday where college students can earn $50.00 for working with us from 7:45am -12:45pm. Volunteers will help in a number of areas including: Registration, Crowd Management, Refreshments and Operations.

Aspire2STEAM’s Scholarships for training

Applicants must be female and be planning to register or have already registered for a summer, after-school, or special training program focused on a science, technology, engineering, arts, or mathematics related topic. Leadership related training will also be considered. Scholarship awards are to be used to help pay for program tuition, materials, and fees. Selection is based on a passion for STEAM fields of study, positive character, commitment to using talents to be of service to others and leadership ability (of self and/or others).
