The TEALS Classroom Plan is a document designed to help you and your teaching team through important conversations and decisions you will need to have and make prior to the start of the school year. As we discussed in training, your team should have a single, shared, digital copy of the Classroom Plan that you all have access to. All edits and updates should be made to this shared version so that everyone always has the most recent information.
If you have not already, download the Classroom Plan below.
Read through the entire document on your own and start thinking about the decisions it references. One member of your teaching team should create a copy for the team and put it in a place everyone agrees upon (OneDrive, DropBox, Google Drive, etc.).
Meet with your teaching team and begin working through the Classroom Plan. (This may take more than one meeting or conversation.) By your first check-in with your RM, your team should have completed at least a portion of the Classroom Plan based on the table below:
