As part of Training Session 3 you will be leading your first lesson!  Don't worry-- we'll spend most of the check-in providing you with tips and techniques that will help you be as effective a teacher as possible.  However, just like for class, you'll want to prepare ahead of time so you're not scrambling to put together your lesson at the last minute.

Use the lesson planning worksheet to plan how to adapt one of the two lesson plans below for your class. In particular, consider the following:

• Who will lead this lesson?
• What roles should the rest of the team take?
• How can you bring your real world experiences into this lesson?
• How can you best make this lesson relevant for the students that will be taking your course?
